Full Encapsulation Design: Features a high-purity flexible graphite core completely encased in a precision-formed stainless steel (SS304, SS316L) jacket, preventing direct media contact with the graphite.
Enhanced Thermal Barrier: The metal coating acts as a shield against oxidation, allowing the gasket to operate reliably in oxidizing environments up to 650°C—extending the thermal limits of standard graphite.
High Mechanical Integrity: The steel coating provides structural rigidity, making the gasket exceptionally resistant to high-pressure blowouts and physical damage during the installation process.
Universal Chemical Protection: Maintains universal chemical resistance across the pH 0-14 range, while the metal jacket provides a physical defense against erosion from high-velocity or abrasive fluids.
