Aluminum Foil Coated Fiberglass Sleeves are made by weaving high-quality alkali-free glass fiber into cylindrical tubes, followed by processing with flame-retardant aluminum. They can effectively resist thermal radiation, provide reliable protection at 250°C, and withstand short-term high-temperature physical impact of 550°C. They are specialized protective products for cable maintenance and production.
Combined with special high-temperature aluminum foil, alkali-free glass fiber sleeves can be customized to meet customers’ inner diameter requirements. They can also be fabricated into special-shaped parts. The aluminum layer on the surface of the glass fiber sleeve reflects and dissipates heat instead of absorbing or transferring it, thereby better protecting pipes and cables.
In environments with non-recurring flames or radiant heat energy, the anti-radiant heat sleeve is the best choice for protecting important hoses, cables and alarm lines.
