Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a direct manufacturer founded in 2009, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons. Our facility is equipped with advanced automated production lines to ensure a stable supply and consistent quality.
Q: Can you accept neutral packing & OEM?
A: Yes, we accept both neutral packing and OEM service. While our standard export packaging uses our factory branding, we can customize the packaging with your logo and design. Please note that additional OEM packaging, plate-making, or printing charges may apply based on order volume.
Q: Can you provide samples for free?
A: Yes, we provide standard product samples free of charge. However, the international express/courier freight must be borne by the customer. If a subsequent bulk order is placed, this courier fee can be deducted from the total order value.
Q: What is the estimated lead time?
A: Generally, it takes 7–21 days after receiving the advance payment. Standard stock specifications can be prepared for loading within 3–7 business days, while large-volume or custom orders (specific densities, dimensions, or coatings) require 14–21 business days.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard payment term is 30% advance payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the remaining 70% paid prior to loading. We do not accept D/A (Documents Against Acceptance) terms. For large-scale project orders, an irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight may be considered upon mutual agreement.
Q: What international quality standards and certificates do your products comply with?
A: Our rock wool boards, blankets, and pipes are manufactured in strict accordance with ISO 9001 quality management systems. Our products meet major international technical specifications (such as ASTM or EN standards) regarding fire-resistance performance (Class A1 non-combustible), thermal conductivity, and water repellency. Detailed test reports can be provided upon request.
Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: To ensure cost-efficiency in international maritime freight, our standard MOQ is usually 1x20GP or 1x40HQ container. However, for initial trial orders or specialized specifications, we are open to negotiating smaller quantities depending on our current production schedule.
Q: Do you accept third-party inspections before shipment?
A: Absolute yes. We welcome internationally recognized third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS, BV, or Intertek) to conduct quality audits, dimensional measurements, and loading supervision at our factory prior to dispatch.
Q: Can your rock wool products be customized to non-standard sizes or densities?
A: Yes, customization is one of our core strengths. We can adjust the density (e.g., 60kg/m³ to 160kg/m³), thickness, and dimensions, or add facing materials like aluminum foil or fiberglass mesh according to your specific project blueprints.
