Aluminum Silicate Board

Aluminum silicate board is made from high-quality selected calcined bauxite. The raw material is melted in an electric furnace at over 2000℃, mechanically blown into fibers, and uniformly mixed with special binders, oil repellents, and water repellents. It is then formed through heat curing and final cutting.
It is mainly used for thermal insulation in the power industry (power boilers, steam turbines and nuclear power), fireproof and thermal insulation in the marine industry, fireproof and thermal insulation of fire doors in the construction industry, wall linings for high-temperature reaction equipment and heating equipment in the chemical industry, fireproofing and thermal insulation in the automobile and railway manufacturing industry, as well as kiln linings, furnace door and top cover sealing.
