Pharma-Grade Anti-Static Surface Treatment: The 900mm and 1000mm wide panels were manufactured utilizing high-end, pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI) with specialized anti-static and anti-bacterial coatings. This significantly minimizes static electricity buildup, preventing airborne dust particles from adhering to the walls.
Precision Tongue-and-Groove Flush Joint System: Our automated manufacturing lines ensured perfect dimensional tolerances for the 50mm thick panels. The resulting tight, reduced-joint interlocking system allows for seamless silicone sealing, preventing contaminant buildup and ensuring an easy-to-clean, perfectly flush vertical surface.
Pure, High-Density Rock Wool Core: The structural core consists of pure rock wool fibers oriented vertically to the metal skins, maximizing the panel's flexural rigidity and flat surface flatness while delivering excellent thermal control and superior fire-barrier safety.
